Fire in the Samp 2016 will be held on March 19, 2016. The location is at: Dragons Watch Forge & Foundry, 209 Fox Trail Rd. Picayune,Mississippi, 39466. In addition to the fun fire disciplines that have been displayed in years past, this year we will have our 3rd annual Cajun Cook-Off. So if you have a favorite Cajun recipe that you are proud of, come on out and join in on the fun. If interested in competing please go to the registration page and fill out the form. Under demonstrations put "Cajun Cook Off" and what you wish to cook. As in them past we will be donating proceeds from this years event to a charity.
