Fire in the Swamp for 2015 will be on March 28th. The location is at: Dragons Watch Forge & Foundry, 209 Fox Trail Rd. Picayune,Mississippi, 39466. In addition to the fun fire disciplines that have been displayed in years past, this year we will have our 2nd annual Cajun Cook-Off. So if you have a favorite Cajun recipe that you are proud of, come on out and join in on the fun. If interested in competing please go to the registration page and fill out the form. Under demonstrations put "Cajun Cook Off" and what you wish to cook. As in them past we will be donating proceeds from this years event to a charity. This year we have chosen to donate to the USO. The USO supports all branches of our armed forces no matter if they are on the front lines abroad or here at home giving to those that defend our freedom.
